Reporting to the Senior Manager, Employee & Labour Relations, you will lead complex and high-risk employee and labour relations matters, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on litigation-sensitive workplace issues. This role includes interpreting and administering collective agreements, managing grievances and arbitration preparation, and leading workplace investigations.
