Role Description

About This Opportunity
Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Systems Manager oversees and optimizes:

• The management of systems and regulatory requirements related to health, safety, and environmental compliance, 
• The development of operations data analysis systems to support data-driven decision-making and improve operational performance.

The Systems Manager supports operational excellence initiatives aimed at elevating standards to a world-class level, including the delivery of learning and development opportunities across the facility.

The Data Analyst and Compliance Specialist report directly to the Systems Manager.
Responsibilities
Manage compliance with regulatory requirements for quality, health, safety and the environment

Ensure that local programs meet necessary standards (ISO, Customers, legal requirements etc) and that these programs are continually improved at the plant....
