Manager, Master Data Management

In this role, you will lead a team of data stewards and analysts, bridging the gap between technical IT infrastructure and business goals to drive operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Governance: Design and implement a robust MDM framework, defining global data taxonomies, business rules, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) across ERP and CRM platforms.
• Data Operations & Quality: Own the Golden Record. Maintain master data lifecycles, lead data cleansing initiatives, and establish Data Quality KPIs to flag anomalies and drive root‑cause analysis.
