Duties And Responsibilities

• Develop Master Production Schedule (MPS)
• Ensure product availability per inventory plan for all SKUs
• Drive cross‑functional planning activities
• Manage inventory to minimize liability from contract manufacturers
• Manage a team of 3+ planning supervisors and 1 purchasing supervisor
• Support new product launches and product transfers to site
• Perform capacity analysis in molding and production areas
