Manager, Planning Services Purpose: The People Manager at Gordian is a strategic leader who ensures their team is aligned with the company's vision, fosters a high‑performance culture, and drives efficiency to contribute to revenue growth. This role is pivotal in managing team dynamics, providing feedback, and enhancing team development through continuous improvement practices. The Manager is equally responsible for meeting revenue goals of the department and Gordian. Reports to the Director of their region or team.

Location

Remote, Canada – near major airport. This position works remotely, with up to 30% travel required, including company and departmental meetings, site visits for building assessments, interviews with key facilities personnel, and executive presentations to client leadership.
