Roles & Responsibilities : Production Planning & Scheduling Develop and execute master production plans (MPS) aligned with customer demand, contract milestones, and capacity availability. Translate sales forecasts and project requirements into detailed production schedules. Balance capacity, manpower, machines, and tooling to meet delivery targets. Coordinate shop‑floor priorities to manage short‑term and long‑term schedules. Material Planning & Control Plan and monitor material requirements (MRP) for raw materials, bought‑out parts, and aerospace‑grade components. Ensure availability of critical and long‑lead-time materials to avoid production disruptions. Control inventory levels to minimize excess, obsolete, and non‑moving stock while ensuring supply continuity. Work closely with Procurement and Stores to manage vendor schedules and deliveries.
