Role Description

What you’ll do:
Ensure completion of all necessary site investigations such as geotechnical and environmental studies, topographical surveys, building condition assessments, building code assessments and utility availability. Use findings to develop project execution strategies. 
Confirm property use or development limitations including setbacks, encumbrances, easements, highway and/or roadway requirements. 
Direct the development of conceptual drawings, including site plans, floor plans, elevations, and merchandising layouts, ensuring alignment with FCL design standards and facility planning guidelines. Coordinate stakeholder reviews and secure preliminary regulatory approvals as required. 
Establish the project schedule, aligning milestones with key deliverables of FDD’s Work Breakdown Structure.
