 In this role, you will: Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.

Serve as the central point of contact for business information and project reporting for all business lines within the department.

Prepare all monthly, quarterly, and annual project reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Analyze and produce ad hoc reports, providing actionable insights to project team heads.

Deliver analytical insights to the leadership, integrating information from multiple systems such as People Soft, BuilD.

Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for PRS (In-House Project Reporting System), serving as the first point of contact for PRS-related inquiries and identifying opportunities for system improvements.
