Role Description
Manager Projects in UAE Responsibilities
- Lead cross‑functional projects related to payment operations and platform implementations.
- Coordinate daily operations including help‑desk escalations, system health checks and SLA resolution.
- Oversee stakeholder engagement, internal vendor coordination and onboarding of new participant banking institutions.
- Deliver MIS reports, dashboards and operational analytics for senior management.
- 3‑7 years of tech/operations experience.
- Strong communication, analytical and project management skills.
- UAE/regional background and Arabic language skills a plus.
