Manager Solution Adoption

**ABOUT THIS POSITION**

This Manager position reports to our Director of Solution Adoption and has responsibility for leading a team of Solution Adoption Consultants and Technical Solution Specialists who are accountable for managing the on-boarding experience for new and existing Patient Payments clients in the Ambulatory healthcare space. The goal of the position is to ensure client satisfaction and predictable results.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**

+ Build high performing team focused on project methodology, delivering predictable, repeatable projects and revenue based on forecast 

+ Develop a bench of individual performers to support our growth plans 

+ Understand and support the client project success criteria and metrics 

+ Conduct weekly team meetings 

+ Attend to team's emergency requests or client escalations when necessary 

+ Proactively monitor clients to keep satisfaction at a high level
