 In this role, you will: Preparation of the financial statements for the Bank’s Canadian and US pension plan entities. The incumbent must research new and relevant accounting standards and regulatory guidelines impacting the pension entities to ensure the disclosures meet regulatory requirements and accounting standards. 

Preparation of all working papers required for the financial statements and associated notes, as well as any working papers required by External Auditors in support of the annual audits. This will require regular communication with the Pension Trustee as well as other groups in the Bank including the Pension department and Total Rewards to obtain the data required to prepare the working papers. 

Coordinate external audits of the pension entities ensuring that all queries raised by the External Auditors are responded to promptly and in a professional manner.
