Develop and deliver best VM knowledge to adidas store cross all channels. Play a critical role to drive brand direction, business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement VM principles & techniques cross both own retail and franchise stores

Implement daily visual merchandising directives to stores and formalize report accordingly

Keep track the sales vs space ratio and make sure space are allocated efficiently
