Manager, Workforce Transformation

At PwC, our people in workforce consulting focus on providing consulting services related to human resources, talent management, and organisational development. We analyze client needs, develop people and organisation strategies, and offer guidance and support to help clients optimize their workforce, enhance employee engagement, and drive organisational effectiveness. As a workforce consulting generalist, you will provide clients with comprehensive support and drive end‑to‑end organisation and talent transformation initiatives to support the overall strategy of the organisation, applying a breadth of understanding of workforce and talent consulting solutions across topics such as workforce strategy, talent development, rewards, organisational design, and employee experience.
