POSITION DESCRIPTION

As Managing Director, you will provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership to a software business or portfolio within the Tag Software Group family. You will develop and implement the business strategy across sales, marketing, R&D, customer service, professional services, and HR. Working with the Business Unit leadership team, you will set growth objectives, lead execution, and drive operational excellence.

You will be fully accountable for business performance, profitability, scalability, and long‑term customer and employee success.
