Mandarin-Speaking Program Manager – Remote-First BPO

Teleperformance is seeking a highly driven Program Manager (Mandarin-speaking) to manage large-scale client programs and ensure exceptional service delivery. The successful candidate will start remotely for the first 6 months and then transition to our Johor office. Must have a Bachelor's degree, 5–7 years in the BPO industry, and proven program management experience. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. Flexibility in working hours is required.
