Mandarin Translator / Interpreter

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time interpretation for travelers speaking Mandarin and Hokkien
• Assist clients with travel arrangements, tours, and cultural explanations
• Support company administrators in communicating with clients
• Bridge language gaps during bookings, tours, and customer service interactions

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in both Mandarin and Hokkien (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude
• Experience in travel or hospitality is a plus
