**Job Description**

This role involves assembling building components in a manufacturing facility, contributing directly to the production of walls, floors, trusses, stairs, and other structural elements. You will work on your feet in a fast-paced environment, using a variety of hand and power tools to meet production quotas while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. You will collaborate closely with a small team at assigned stations to build wall panels or trusses under roof in a controlled shop setting.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble walls, floors, trusses, stairs, and related building components in a manufacturing setting.
+ Work on an assembly line in teams of 3–4 to build wall panels and trusses according to specifications.
+ Use tape measures, hand tools, power tools, nail guns, table saws, and other shop tools safely and effectively.
