Manufacturing Associate

Our client, a leader in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Associate to join their team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be part of the production support team, ensuring high-quality manufacturing processes and maintaining compliance with industry standards. **Shift:** Flex 12 rotating, Week 1 - M T F Sa, Week 2 - Su W Th, 7am to 7pm with 30 min lunch

**What's the Job?**

+ Provide guidance to other technicians and drive daily operations.
+ Mentor new employees and act as a senior technician on the floor.
+ Perform complex tasks requiring judgment in resolving issues.
+ Maintain compliance with SOPs, GMPs, and safety guidelines.
