Manufacturing Coordinator

+ Evaluates and coordinates the safety, quality and productivity of all people under his responsibility.
+ Comply with all safety policies, to immediately report any situation of risk and to actively participate in actions to improve safety in his area.
+ Continuously monitor his/her staff and the process to ensure a work meeting the quality requirements, based also on critical processes audits results as well as the identifycation, analysis, record and disposition of nonconforming material with the support of engineering and group leaders.
+ The coordinator must notify and alert on any condition of the process or product that may affect product quality and must trigger the Andon System process
+ Application of world class manufacturing techniques, to the product manufacturing to improve productivity, 5s’, inventory reduccion, waste rediuction, etc.
