Role Description

Your Contribution
Lead blowmolding lines to deliver the production plan on time, in spec, meeting targets for OEE, scrap/rework and downtime.

Safeguard quality, safety, environment compliance; stop production when risk is identified.

Coordinate closely with Quality on issues, containment, and permanent corrective actions.

Work with Maintenance to address line/machine breakdowns and plan preventive activities.

Run trial builds for new products/projects per Blowmolding VSL (Value Stream Leader) instructions; share results and follow up actions.

Ensure accurate, up-to-date forms, records, and production documentation for the area.

Drive continuous improvement in standards, cycle time stability and changeover discipline.

Train and coach operators, setters, and team leaders; close gaps identified in audits.
