Role Description

The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for handling of development of products from design to production stage, ensuring minimum uptime of the release of the technical drawings. He/she will work extensively with a team of manufacturing operators, technicians and engineers on daily production issues while working closely with oversea counterparts to improve the product design based on customer requirements and needs.

Handling of development of products from design to the production stage
Improving design based on customer requirements and needs
Provide support to mechanical issues to ensure minimum uptime of technical drawings
Generate mechanical weekly/monthly reports
Responsible to improve the design in the product cycle
Operational Metrics Improve Engineering FAI release from 11 to 13 FAI per day.
Manufacturing Capabilities Assessment turnover rate from average 2 days to 1 day.
