Role Description

Your Contribution

You will lead and control Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance operations, ensure compliance with ISO/IATF standards, coordinate engineering activities with internal and external stakeholders, implement new technologies to enhance production capability and safety, develop engineering teams, and drive continuous improvement across production processes.
Supervise and manage Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance departments.

Ensure all activities comply with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and company regulations.

Coordinate with government authorities regarding machinery and production capacity.

Report and collaborate with management and internal/external teams to meet operational targets.

Review, select, and implement new equipment and technologies to improve performance and safety.

Develop and motivate subordinates to strengthen capability and teamwork.
