Senior Manufacturing Engineer – Apodaca, Mexico

Koch Engineered Solutions is looking to add a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to our new manufacturing facility in support of our Koch-Glitsch business.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with stakeholders including Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing to set strategy and direction for effective project outcomes.
• Partner with the Commercial team to optimize the strategic approach to order execution.
• Oversee project schedules, financials, and accounts receivable.
• Provide daily coaching and mentoring to team members to meet customer expectations.
• Drive actions to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on them to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support and drive Continuous Improvement initiatives through project retrospectives.
