Manufacturing Engineer - Primary

Position Summary Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor, you will support all manufacturing engineering activities within the assigned cells, including electrical system integration and system troubleshooting, implementing and facilitating lean manufacturing initiatives, implementing engineering change orders, assigning inventory locations, conducting contract reviews, creating shop floor instructions, evaluating standards and completing capital and facility upgrades.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Works effectively as a cell team member to ensure operational metrics are achieved and remedial action is actively pursued.

Provides manufacturing engineering support and services within assigned manufacturing cell(s).

Represents manufacturing engineering within assigned cells at daily cell meetings and weekly plant metrics meetings.

Maintains current updates on manufacturing engineering related tasks on the manufacturing cell log.
