Manufacturing Engineer

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

1. Process Mastery & Quality Integration: Develop a deep understanding of product design intent and critical quality control points. Master and document the entire manufacturing process, including assembly, testing, and packing.
2. Production Technical Support: Provide immediate and effective technical support to the production team. Investigate and resolve red light cases and complex manufacturing problems related to process, material, and equipment.
3. Continuous Improvement (CI): Lead and participate in Continuous Improvement activities utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance production efficiency, product quality, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
