Role Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities


  • Maintain and improve safety culture and performance

  • Development department goals, priorities and actions plan, measure and report the result.

  • New products launching, VSM, Flow Chart, PFMEA and WI standardization, first time right to make sure flawless launching.

  • Support production to meet daily production output target and scrap target.

  • Identify and implement manufacturing cost reduction and quality improvement activities.

  • Optimize layout. 

  • Provide manufacturing capacity study and investment proposal.

  • Develop new equipment and manufacturing processes for new products.

  • Ensuring department activities meet company Safety, ISO45001, ISO14001 and IATF16949 standards.

  • Developing Manufacturing Engineering team for growth.
