Role Description

The Manufacturing Engineering Intern will support the engineering team in improving production processes, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring product quality. This role provides hands-on exposure to manufacturing operations, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives within a production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in analyzing and improving manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce waste
Support production line troubleshooting and root cause analysis for process issues
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen)
Help prepare and update work instructions, SOPs, and technical documentation
Collect and analyze production data for reporting and decision-making
Support time studies, line balancing, and capacity analysis activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Maintenance)
