Role Description

Your Job
We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to drive process excellence and support new product introduction within our Assembly operations in Singapore. This role focuses on improving quality, yield, and productivity while ensuring smooth production and successful manufacturing releases.
Our Team
You will be part of the DataCom and Specialty Solutions Division, working closely with cross-functional teams including Product Design, QA, Automation, and suppliers to support manufacturing performance and innovation.
What You Will Do 
Directly accountable for all quality, process related problems at assembly area for the products under his responsibility, champion or work with respective department representative to address the issue within given target deadline.
Production support to meet production planned by PIC, for both in-house and vendor (maybe oversea) quality/process problems.
