Manufacturing & Process Engineer

Job Overview

This is an 8‑month temporary position responsible for planning, developing, updating and optimizing manufacturing methods and processes of the assigned lines. Must fulfill security, quality, delivery and cost requirements in the area producing the Arm of Wiper Systems, a highly automated high‑value‑add process including robotics, vision systems and a wide range of assembly processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, develop, optimize and update manufacturing processes as required by product specifications and set targets.
• Lead the Continuous Improvement Process and Problem Solving to reduce production downtimes and losses.
• Create and update required documentation for production (FMEA, visual aids, flow diagram, control plan, etc.).
• Fulfill all manufacturing safety requirements for production lines.
