Position at Samtec, Inc Essential Functions/Responsibilities:1. Initiate projects related to product, process, quality systems, or yield improvement based on internal and external quality indicators.2. Develop and implement systems that improve quality and ensure sustainable results, therefore driving continuous improvement.3. Use advanced measurement tools, techniques, and test equipment and be able to understand and analyze results.4. Create and review qualification plans for inner company product transfers (Process Review, Test Plan Development, PCN, 5. Serve as a training resource for above mentioned measurement and test equipment, ensuring respective personnel understand their operation.6.
