Marathi Telecaller

Experience 

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales/calling preferred 
• Freshers are also welcome 

Requirements 

• Must have a Laptop and stable Wi-Fi connection 
• Strong communication and convincing skills 
• Must be fluent in Marathi & English in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region

Key Responsibilities 

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally 
• Generate and qualify potential leads 
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information 
• Follow up with interested clients and maintain customer relationships 
• Maintain daily call records and reports 
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
