This is an exciting position where you'll work closely with our Sr. Sales Director as a Market Sales Trainer and Recruiter.

The Market Sales Trainer / Recruiter designs and coordinates sales training.

This role cretaes and delivers SCI sales education materials that enhance sales skills and reinforce the selling process at the Lower Mainland combo locations.

Facilitates and conducts interactive training sessions that practice and promote sales techniques, methods, technology, ethics, and skills. Will work with Sr. Sales Director on recruiting using platforms, job fairs, media, community recruitment and networking.
