GENERAL SUMMARY

To plan, develop & coordinate the implementation of product, placement & promotional programs in support of marketing plan & corporate goals. To ensure achievement of all volume & revenue goals, as well as customer acquisition, retention & satisfaction goals. To analyze & develop recommendations for marketing opportunities & problems & to utilize optimization techniques for customer value enhancemnt & marketing continuous improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/equivalent in Marketing or Business Administration (Master's degree preferred).
• Four (4) years professional Marketing or Sales experience within a corporate environment, of which at least one (1) must be in Marketing.
• Experience in international Marketing Promotions, Database Marketing, Information Analysis, Market Research, & Financial Analysis preferred.
