• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
• Build relationships with customers, pitch products or services, negotiate sales prices, contact/maintain customers throughout the sales process
• Mentor team member to help them achieve individual & team objectives
• Monitor marketing and sales performance metrics and provide insights for improvements
• Support the execution of promotional campaigns, trade marketing, and brand activations
