Marketing & Client Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and highly organized Marketing & Client Coordinator to support our recruitment operations and business development activities. The ideal candidate will act as a key link between clients, recruitment teams, vendors, and candidates while also driving the company's digital marketing and social media initiatives. This role requires frequent travel across different cities during recruitment drives and the ability to represent the company professionally before clients, associates, and candidates. Key Responsibilities Client & Recruitment Drive Coordination Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment drives across multiple locations. Act as the primary point of contact for clients during interviews, trade tests, and recruitment campaigns. Ensure smooth execution of recruitment activities and candidate flow at interview venues.
