Marketing Coordinator (m/w/x)

For our Business Unit Commercial Operations we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator (m/w/x). This role will be primarily responsible for enabling the efficient operation of the portfolio marketing teams in International Marketing.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Coordinate marketing projects, activities, and events (incl. meetings (internal & external), product launches and congresses)
• Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media campaigns, email marketing, and digital advertising. Facilitate market research processes and organise dissemination of analysis and reports.
• Assist in updating performance dashboards and tracking.
• Maintain and update marketing databases and digital asset management systems (e.g. VEEVA PromoMats).
