Role Description

You'll own the creative output for paid campaigns across multiple client accounts. This is a performance creative role, not a brand design role. You'll design ads that hit a CPA, not ads that win a Behance feature.

Day to day

  • Design static ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and Google - image ads, carousels, lead-gen banners
  • Use AI tools (Higgsfield, Nano Banana, VEO3) end-to-end - from ideation to final asset
  • Prepare creative briefs for testing
  • Iterate fast on winners - hooks, headlines, formats, ratios
  • Work directly with media buyers - see your ads go live in 48 hours and watch the data
  • Stay on top of what's working in the Meta Ad Library, TikTok, and competitor accounts

What we're looking for

  • 1–3 years of design experience in an agency, DTC brand, or freelance for performance marketing
