Marketing CRM Architect

We are looking for a highly experienced Marketing CRM Architect to lead the evolution, integration, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem , with a strong focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud , automation, and AI‑driven workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the architecture, design, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce ecosystem
• Own and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities, including journeys, segmentation, automation, and campaign orchestration
• Work across Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud to ensure seamless lead lifecycle and customer engagement processes
• Design scalable CRM and marketing automation solutions aligned with business goals
• Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and external platforms, tools, and data sources
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude AI to improve CRM workflows, productivity, personalization, and automation opportunities
