Responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-impact marketing plans, managing budgets and resources.
• Ensure deadlines and results of marketing campaigns are met.
• Work closely with national leaders and internal teams to align business and creative strategies.
• Execute campaigns that support BSO strategy and growth objectives.
• Establish and maintain trusted adviser relationships with BSO leadership and stakeholders.
• Advise leadership on marketing strategy and plans using a proactive approach.
• Leverage market and client insights and best practices to ensure initiatives are cohesive, impactful, and responsive to market conditions.
