Marketing Research Consultant Responsibilities & duties: • Conduct customer research – Secondary research and primary research • Research, track, maintain and update leads • Technical web scraping (basic) to generate leads (Guidance will be provided) • Make outgoing calls to develop new leads • Contact prospects to qualify leads • Research and maintain lead generation database • Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads • Run digital marketing campaigns on social media with guidance Skills / attributes required: • Excellent English communication (verbal and written) • Ability to learn and willingness to carry out assigned tasks without supervision • Fully takes ownership and shows progress on a weekly basis • Experience with research and maintaining databases • Travel occasionally (max. 5 days in a month) to conduct primary research, lead generation • Experience in real estate selling is a plus • Civil Engineers/Architects who want...
