Master Planner

We are seeking a motivated and technically strong Master Planner with 57 years of professional experience to support master planning and urban design projects. The role involves developing planning layouts coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and assisting with authority submissions particularly within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare master planning layouts, land‑use plans and urban design drawings
• Develop drawings and technical packages using Revit and AutoCAD
• Support preparation of MPLS (Master Plan Local Submission) and related authority submission documents
• Assist in coordination and follow‑up for planning approvals with UAE authorities
• Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, landscape designers and other disciplines
• Conduct site analysis, zoning reviews and development control checks
