Master Tailor / Workshop Leader

The Master Tailor / Workshop Leader is the senior and most technical and operational level position within the Tailoring function of the Costuming Department across all Miral Experiences theme parks. The role is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of tailoring operations, both operational costume support and creative costume build-ups, while safeguarding the highest standards of craftsmanship, consistency, and artistic integrity.

Acting as the primary point of contact between the tailoring workshops and senior management, the Master Tailor / Workshop Leader ensures quality control, workflow balance, and cross‑departmental alignment throughout all productions and seasonal build‑ups as well as daily operations.
