The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Mate to serve as the ship’s Navigational Officer, supporting safe and efficient vessel operations while ensuring exceptional passenger service. 
The Role
As a Mate, you will work closely with the Master to oversee deck department activities, including vessel navigation, passenger and vehicle operations, crew management, and safety drills. 
Key Responsibilities: 
Standing watch on the bridge; navigating the vessel; checking all navigational equipment to ensure that is it all operational; Analyzing information and taking appropriate action; conveying vessel clearance procedures to the Master.
Supervising the loading and discharge of vehicles and foot passengers, securing the vessel for traffic movement, positioning ramps, maintaining trim and drafts, conducting dangerous cargo inspections, and assisti...
