Material Controller

Summary

BK Gulf LLC is looking to recruit an experienced Material Controller who will be responsible for overseeing the movement, storage and control of materials at our MEP projects.

Job Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
2. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
3. Identify and resolve any discrepancies in materials received or used.
4. Develop and implement processes to improve material handling and storage.
5. Collaborate with production and procurement teams to forecast material needs.
6. Utilize software systems to track and manage inventory and generate reports.
7. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
8. Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on material availability and status.
9. Train and supervise material handling staff if applicable.
