Materials Planner

Job Description

Materials Planner – Torreon II Plant (Esystems Division). Responsible for developing a leveled material schedule that ensures coverage of customer requirements to operate efficiently with optimal levels of finished product.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring delivery performance with customers and participating in production forecasting.
• Receiving, analyzing, and reconciling customers’ requirements through releases.
• Elaborating the master production schedule to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Monitoring adherence between production and the production schedule.
• Planning and tracking shipments in the EU and Mexico.
• Elaborating critical shipment reports.
• Analyzing and tracking excess and obsolete stock.
• Following up on rejected materials.
