Has built a JAMF Pro environment from scratch (not just maintained one). JAMF Pro is the software used to manage Apple devices like MacBooks and iPhones, company-wide. Has built a Microsoft Intune environment from scratch. Intune is Microsofts equivalent tool for managing Windows computers and Android devices. Has at least 4 years of experience in IT engineering, specifically in device management or cybersecurity. Can write automation scripts (PowerShell or Bash). This means they can write code to automate repetitive IT tasks instead of doing them manually. Has experience with Microsoft Entra ID (also known as Azure Active Directory) the system that controls employee logins, passwords, and access to company applications. Understands how to enforce security policies on devices, such as requiring encryption, screen locks, and up-to-date software before allowing access to company data.
