MDM Technical Analyst

Compensation Range : $110,000 - 125,000/yr.

Technical Analyst for an MDM (Master Data Management) Product Suite typically combines technical expertise in data management environments with analytical, configuration, support, and sometimes governance responsibilities. This role focuses on implementation, optimization, troubleshooting, and ensuring the MDM suite delivers high-quality master data across the enterprise.

This role is technical requiring good communication to bridge technical and business teams.

+ Contribute to the design, configuration, development, and implementation of MDM solutions within the product suite, including data modeling, match/merge rules, survivorship rules, and workflow configuration.
+ Perform hands-on technical tasks such as building and optimizing complex data quality rules, profiling, cleansing, standardization, enrichment, and deduplication processes.
