M&E Supervisor

Equans is looking for an M&E Supervisor to join our team at University of West London (UWL) . This is a full time role. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

• Supervise and lead the Hard FM engineers and external contractors to deliver Mechanical, Electrical, Fabric, and Grounds maintenance including reactive tasks, PPMs (planned preventative maintenance), and installations
• Monitor KPIs and maintain accurate inputs within the CAFM system to ensure contract compliance and service excellence
• Ensure all work complies with statutory legislation and company compliance requirements
• Audit asset conditions, compliance services, and generate documentation with recommendations as needed
• Manage completion of reactive tasks and PPMs, ensuring accurate and timely paperwork and documentation
