Mechanical Assembler

We are seeking qualified Assemblers to join our clients state of the art manufacutring facility located in Chilliwack, BC.

The role includes applying thread sealant and Loctite to threaded fittings and pipes, following proper detailing procedures with exceptional attention to detail, use of sandblasters, drills and tap holes and reading a tape measure to the closest 1/16 with proficiency.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fast paced manufacturing or carpentry setting, the ability to handle small components and tools efficiently, ability to interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals to assemble components accurately and familiarity with hand tools and power tools. You should be able to use these tools safely and efficiently.
Clear communication is key for interacting with team members, supervisors, and quality control to ensure smooth operations.
