Mechanical Designer

Duties include, but are not limited to: Design mechanical components and assemblies for Commercial Refrigeration Design and project manage New Product Development subsystems to ensure design meets performance and agency requirements Support and lead process improvements, VAVE and quality improvement efforts Ensure Kysor Warren/EPTA processes are followed, including Stage Gate (Integrated Development Process), Change Notices and other in-house processes Work with cross-functional team to ensure projects are completed on time, including operations, marketing, sales and quality Prepare design specifications, analyses and recommendations for presentation and approval Technical responsibility for planning, organizing and conducting technical projects or phases of projects involving design and development Project coordination responsibility of taking designs through the cross functional approval and change implementation from concept to production.
